| Need help getting your next landlord to allow your pet in the home?
Follow these suggestions and increase your chance of getting that wish!

In your FIRST conversation with the management company or owner,
disclose the number, size, breed, age, name, and personality of your
pet(s).
2. Offer a copy of the current shot record & name of your vet & phone number
3. Provide a picture of your pet.
4. Offer names of people who have taken care of your pet.
5. Ask about the Pet Addendum and state your sincere willingness to be financially responsible for your pet’s behavior.
6. Determine if the pet deposit refundable or non-refundable?
7. Is your pet crate trained?
8. Who will be taking care of your pet while you are at work?
9. Has your pet ever bitten or harmed anyone?
10. Do you have insurance should your pet harm people or property?
11. Offer to introduce your pet to the owner.
